Thank you for your interest in Cambridge Health Alliance. As Chief Medical Officer, I have the privilege and honor to lead an outstanding medical staff that cares deeply about our work. Our providers are outstanding clinicians who are passionate about our diverse patients, enthusiastic about teaching and fiercely loyal to the organization and its mission.
When you join CHA, you will be part of a Harvard affiliated academic system known for its innovative approach to care. We firmly believe that all members of our community deserve access to high quality care, particularly the disadvantaged and underserved. While we are focused on providing outstanding clinical service, we are also driven to meet patients on their terms and provide care that is informed by their social context. To achieve this, we’ve designed an integrated delivery model with two acute hospitals, 13 CHA care centers and other care delivery locations. Our providers work in medical homes that include behavioral health clinicians, complex care managers, translation services and patient navigators. We are an early adopter of the electronic medical record with more than 15 years’ experience in its use. This allows us to meet everyday patient needs and focus more broadly on population health. We are also developing a broad network to give patients the right care at the right time within CHA and through partners across the continuum. Medical care is dynamic and we are an innovative medical group that continues to learn and evolve.
