    Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting for a Division Chief of Gastroenterology.  CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.  

    The incoming Division Chief will have oversight of the delivery of care for CHA’s gastroenterology services and provide clinical and administrative leadership for our team of 8 MDs and 3 PAs.  

    • Full time position with protected administrative time.
    • CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Candidates should possess an interest in academics, as this position will include resident and medical student teaching.  The position carries a Harvard Medical School appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate to HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications, and commitment to teaching responsibilities.

    Ideal candidates will have leadership experience and the ability to implement department wide protocols, identify clinical process improvement areas and opportunities for quality initiatives.
